I'm Lance Jensen. I've spent 20+ years in delivery leadership across aerospace, defense, and federal technology programs, and I started JSP to focus on the part most projects underestimate: the business side.

I work alongside your technical team and implementation partner to keep the business side ready: processes mapped, decisions made, the program governed, and your people prepared for go-live.

I also bring a trusted network of implementers, systems integrators, and technical and industry specialists. You get one accountable lead, with the right expertise brought in when your program needs it.

My focus is ERP modernization, especially NetSuite and SAP programs.
